A bit about us

We are a 3rd Generation family business.
Our family has dedicated ourselves to providing WA with amazing free-range eggs. Try them for yourself and taste the difference.


Our eggs are only laid in Western Australia.

None of our eggs are imported or laid anywhere other than WA. When you buy our eggs, you can be confident knowing you're buying the best.


We are constantly striving for excellence.

Our eggs always have a vibrant orange yolk, typical of a quality free-range product.

We spoil our Chickens.

Happier hens means tastier eggs and we think our chickens are spoilt rotten.  

They have constant indoor-outdoor access which means enough room for grass to grow and bugs to thrive and somewhere safe and warm to roost and lay at night.  Our chooks have the good life that you expect when you shop free range.


We have high standards.

Our farms are stringent and strict when it comes to health and safety. We ensure all animal welfare, food safety and environmental standards are maintained to an excellent standard. Our farm is RSPCA farming approved.

Fresh Pasta

From Mums Recipes

250g Italian '00' flour
1 700g egg
4 egg yolks
1 tbsp olive oil
pinch of salt

Put the flour in a mound on a clean surface and make a well in the centre.
Place all of the ingredients in the well with 1 tbsp cold water.
Using your fingertips, mix all the ingredients in the well together, then gradually draw the flour into the centre, little by little.
When fully combined kneed it 4 of 5 times with the heel of your hand, then roll into a ball.
Wrap in clingfilm and refrigerate for 1 hour.
